本應用程式係一個純本地嘅卡片收藏管理工具，讓你手動記錄自己收藏嘅卡片資料。所有資料只儲存喺你部裝置，本應用程式冇伺服器、冇帳戶系統、亦都唔需要網絡連線。
本應用程式嘅所有卡片資料均由用戶手動輸入。本應用程式並冇提供、亦冇聲稱提供自動辨認、掃描辨識或人工智能識別卡片嘅功能。相機功能只用於為你嘅卡片拍攝相片。
本應用程式唔會提供、分發或轉載任何卡片圖片、遊戲內容或受版權保護嘅素材。用戶輸入嘅任何文字或自行拍攝嘅相片，均由用戶自行負責。
本應用程式顯示嘅所有金額、統計數字同「價值等級」，全部基於你自己輸入嘅數字。本應用程式唔會查詢市場價格，亦唔會提供任何估價服務。呢啲數字唔構成投資建議，亦唔應該用作買賣、保險或報稅嘅依據。
免費版可收藏最多 50 張卡片。日後推出嘅 PRO 版為一次性付款 HK$68（價格可能因應各地區稅項而有所不同），解鎖無限收藏同 CSV 匯出。
由於所有資料只儲存喺本機，以下情況會導致資料永久遺失且無法復原：解除安裝本應用程式、清除 App 資料、裝置遺失或損壞、系統故障。我們無法協助復原任何已遺失嘅資料。
本應用程式按「現狀」（as is）提供，不附帶任何明示或暗示嘅保證，包括但不限於適售性、特定用途適用性或不侵權嘅保證。我們不保證本應用程式必定無錯誤或不中斷運作。
在適用法律允許嘅最大範圍內，對於因使用或無法使用本應用程式而引致嘅任何直接、間接、附帶或後果性損害（包括資料遺失），我們概不負責。
我們可能會不時修訂本條款。修訂後嘅條款會喺本頁面公佈並更新生效日期。繼續使用本應用程式即表示你接受更新後嘅條款。
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄並據其解釋。

Welcome to CardBase HK ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App and uninstall it.
The App is a fully offline card collection manager that lets you manually record details of the cards you own. All data is stored solely on your device; the App has no server, no account system, and requires no network connection.
All card data in the App is entered manually by the user. The App does not provide, and does not claim to provide, automatic card recognition, scan-based identification, or AI-powered card detection. The camera is used solely to photograph your own cards.
The App does not supply, distribute, or reproduce any card artwork, game content, or copyrighted material. Any text entered or photographs taken by the user remain the user's own responsibility.
All amounts, statistics, and "value tiers" shown in the App are derived entirely from figures you enter yourself. The App does not look up market prices and provides no appraisal service. These figures do not constitute investment advice and should not be relied upon for trading, insurance, or tax purposes.
The free version stores up to 50 cards. A future PRO version will be a one-time purchase of HK$68 (the price may vary by region due to local taxes), unlocking unlimited storage and CSV export.
Because all data is stored locally, the following will cause permanent and irrecoverable data loss: uninstalling the App, clearing its data, loss or damage to your device, or system failure. We are unable to assist in recovering any lost data.
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or operate without interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
