私隱政策

傳單（「本應用程式」）由 Flyers App 團隊（「我們」）開發及營運。本私隱政策說明我們如何收集、使用及保護你嘅個人資料。使用本應用程式即表示你同意本政策。

1. 我們收集嘅資料

2. 資料儲存及安全

• 應用程式資料儲存於 Supabase（新加坡地區）雲端資料庫
• 身份驗證由 Firebase Authentication（Google Cloud）處理
• 推送通知由 Firebase Cloud Messaging 處理
• 所有資料傳輸均使用 HTTPS/TLS 加密
• 資料庫實施行級安全政策（Row Level Security），確保用戶只能存取自己嘅資料

3. 資料使用

我們使用你嘅資料僅限於以下用途：

• 驗證你嘅身份同帳戶
• 根據你嘅位置顯示附近嘅優惠傳單
• 發送你訂閱嘅傳單通知
• 根據偏好類別篩選內容
• 為商戶提供匿名化嘅匯總統計數據（例如總瀏覽次數）

4. 第三方服務

本應用程式使用以下第三方服務，各有其自身嘅私隱政策：

• Firebase（Google）— 身份驗證及推送通知
• Supabase — 資料庫及檔案儲存
• Apple Maps — 地圖顯示
• Expo — 應用程式框架及更新服務

5. 你嘅權利

你有權：

• 隨時喺應用程式設定中關閉位置存取或推送通知
• 要求我們刪除你嘅帳戶及所有相關資料
• 要求匯出你嘅個人資料
• 撤回同意並停止使用本應用程式

6. 資料保留

我們會保留你嘅帳戶資料直至你要求刪除。當帳戶刪除後，我們會喺 30 日內從所有系統中移除你嘅個人資料。匿名化嘅匯總統計數據可能會被保留。

7. 未成年人

本應用程式並非針對 13 歲以下嘅兒童。我們不會故意收集兒童嘅個人資料。

8. 政策更新

我們可能會不時更新本私隱政策。任何重大變更將會透過應用程式內通知你。繼續使用本應用程式即表示你接受更新後嘅政策。

Privacy Policy

Flyers ("the App") is developed and operated by the Flyers App team ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

2. Data Storage & Security

• App data is stored on Supabase (Singapore region) cloud database
• Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google Cloud)
• Push notifications are handled by Firebase Cloud Messaging
• All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
• Database enforces Row Level Security (RLS), ensuring users can only access their own data

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely for the following purposes:

• Verify your identity and account
• Display nearby promotional flyers based on your location
• Send notifications for flyers you have subscribed to
• Filter content based on your preference categories
• Provide merchants with anonymized, aggregated statistics (e.g., total views)

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Firebase (Google) — Authentication and push notifications
• Supabase — Database and file storage
• Apple Maps — Map display
• Expo — App framework and update services

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Disable location access or push notifications at any time in your device settings
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Request a copy of your personal data
• Withdraw consent and stop using the App

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data until you request deletion. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data from all systems within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated statistics may be retained.

7. Children

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
