私隱政策 Privacy Policy

1. 概覽

「默書皇 SpellBee」（下稱「本應用程式」）由 Sai Wai Law（下稱「開發者」）開發及營運，總部位於香港。本應用程式是一款聽寫及拼寫練習工具，專為兒童及家長而設。

我們非常重視您及您子女的私隱。本政策旨在清楚說明本應用程式如何處理資料。

2. 資料儲存

本應用程式的所有用戶資料（包括詞語表、練習記錄及設定）均以 AsyncStorage 技術儲存於您的裝置本機。

我們不會將任何用戶資料傳送至外部伺服器。
我們不會建立雲端備份或與第三方共享您的資料。
刪除本應用程式將會永久移除所有本機資料。
3. 廣告服務

本應用程式使用 Google AdMob 顯示廣告。AdMob 可能會收集以下資料以用於提供廣告服務：

裝置識別碼
IP 位址
使用數據及互動資料
由於本應用程式的目標用戶包括兒童，我們已將 AdMob 設定為僅提供非個人化廣告（Non-Personalised Ads），以符合兒童內容要求。

4. 文字轉語音（TTS）

本應用程式使用裝置內建的文字轉語音引擎朗讀詞語，以協助聽寫練習。

我們不會錄製任何語音資料。
我們不會傳送任何音訊至外部伺服器。
所有語音處理均於裝置本機完成。
5. 個人資料收集

本應用程式不要求用戶建立帳戶，亦不會收集任何個人資料，包括但不限於：

姓名、電郵地址或電話號碼
位置資料
相片、聯絡人或其他裝置資料
6. 兒童私隱保護

本應用程式專為兒童及家長設計。我們遵守以下兒童私隱保護法規：

美國《兒童網上私隱保護法》(COPPA)
歐盟《一般資料保護規則》(GDPR) 中有關兒童資料的規定
香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》
我們不會有意收集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資料。如您認為我們不慎收集了兒童的資料，請立即與我們聯絡，我們會盡快處理。

廣告方面，我們已將 AdMob 設定為兒童導向內容模式，僅顯示非個人化廣告。

7. 資料保留

所有用戶資料均儲存於您的裝置上，不會傳送至任何外部系統。

您可隨時在應用程式內清除練習記錄。
刪除應用程式將永久移除所有資料，且無法還原。

我們可能會不時更新本私隱政策。更新後的政策將於本頁面發布，並更新頂部的生效日期。建議您定期查閱本頁面以了解最新的私隱保護措施。

1. Overview

"SpellBee" (the "App") is developed and operated by Sai Wai Law (the "Developer"), based in Hong Kong. The App is a dictation and spelling practice tool designed for children and parents.

We take the privacy of you and your children very seriously. This policy explains how the App handles data.

2. Data Storage

All user data in the App (including word lists, practice history, and settings) is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage technology.

We do not transmit any user data to external servers.
We do not create cloud backups or share your data with third parties.
Deleting the App will permanently remove all local data.
3. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect the following data to provide advertising services:

Device identifiers
IP address
Usage data and interaction information
Because the App's target audience includes children, we have configured AdMob to serve non-personalised ads only, in compliance with child-directed content requirements.

4. Text-to-Speech (TTS)

The App uses the device's built-in text-to-speech engine to read words aloud during dictation practice.

We do not record any audio data.
We do not transmit any audio to external servers.
All speech processing is performed locally on the device.
5. Personal Information

The App does not require users to create accounts and does not collect any personal information, including but not limited to:

Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
Location data
Photos, contacts, or other device data
6. Children's Privacy

The App is designed for children and parents. We comply with the following children's privacy regulations:

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) — United States
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — provisions relating to children's data in the European Union
Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance — Hong Kong
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us immediately and we will take prompt action.

For advertising, we have configured AdMob in child-directed content mode, serving non-personalised ads only.

7. Data Retention

All user data is stored on your device and is never transmitted to any external system.

You may clear your practice history at any time within the App.
Deleting the App will permanently remove all data and this action cannot be undone.
8. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated policies will be published on this page with a revised effective date at the top. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest privacy practices.
