私隱政策

CardBase HK（「本應用程式」）係一個純本地嘅卡片收藏管理工具。本私隱政策說明本應用程式如何處理你嘅資料。使用本應用程式即表示你同意本政策。
本應用程式唔會收集、上傳或分享你任何個人資料。所有資料只儲存喺你部裝置入面，我們（開發者）睇唔到、亦都攞唔到你嘅資料。
1. 我們收集嘅資料
冇。本應用程式冇伺服器、冇帳戶系統、亦都唔會發出任何網絡請求。你唔需要註冊，唔需要提供電郵、電話號碼或任何身份資料。
2. 你喺 App 入面輸入嘅資料
你新增卡片時輸入嘅內容，全部只儲存喺你部裝置本機（透過 Android 系統嘅本機儲存空間）：

3. 相機同相簿權限
- 相機權限只用嚟影卡片相，相片直接存喺你部機
- 相簿權限只用嚟揀你已有嘅卡片相
- 相片唔會上傳到任何伺服器，亦都唔會傳送俾第三方
- 你可以隨時喺 Android 系統設定入面關閉呢啲權限（關閉後就唔可以加新卡片相）
4. 廣告、分析同追蹤
- 冇廣告 — 本應用程式唔包含任何廣告 SDK
- 冇分析工具 — 唔會追蹤你嘅使用行為
- 冇 Cookie、冇廣告識別碼（Advertising ID）
- 冇崩潰報告上傳
5. 資料分享
本應用程式唔會將你嘅資料出售、出租或分享俾任何第三方。因為資料從來冇離開過你部裝置，我們技術上根本冇可能做到。
6. 資料儲存及安全
- 資料儲存喺 Android 系統為本應用程式分配嘅私人儲存空間
- 儲存嘅內容經過輕度混淆處理（obfuscation），防止一般情況下被直接讀取
- 請注意：呢個唔係加密（encryption）。如果你部機被 Root，資料可能會有風險
- 由於冇雲端備份，如果你解除安裝本應用程式或清除 App 資料，收藏資料會永久消失，無法復原
7. 刪除你嘅資料
你可以隨時完全控制自己嘅資料：
- 喺 App 內逐張刪除卡片
- 喺 Android「設定 → 應用程式 → CardBase HK → 儲存空間 → 清除資料」清除全部資料
- 解除安裝本應用程式，所有資料會一併移除
因為我們冇伺服器，所以毋須向我們提出刪除要求 —— 我們手上根本冇你嘅資料。
8. 付費功能
本應用程式免費版可收藏最多 50 張卡片。日後推出嘅 PRO 版為一次性付款 HK$68，解鎖無限收藏同 CSV 匯出功能。

9. 兒童私隱
本應用程式適合所有年齡使用，並且唔會收集任何用戶資料，因此亦唔會收集兒童嘅個人資料。
10. 政策更新
我們可能會不時更新本私隱政策。任何重大變更會喺本頁面公佈並更新生效日期。如果日後新增任何收集資料嘅功能，我們會事先更新本政策。
Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 20, 2026
CardBase HK ("the App") is a fully offline card collection manager. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your data. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
The App does not collect, upload, or share any of your personal data. All data is stored solely on your own device. We (the developer) cannot see or access your data.
1. Data We Collect
None. The App has no server, no account system, and makes no network requests. There is no sign-up, and you are never asked for an email address, phone number, or any identifying information.
2. Data You Enter in the App
Everything you enter when adding a card is stored only on your device, using Android's local storage:

3. Camera and Photo Permissions
- Camera access is used only to photograph your cards; images are saved directly to your device
- Photo library access is used only to select existing card images
- Images are never uploaded to any server or transmitted to third parties
- You may revoke these permissions at any time in Android system settings (after which new card photos cannot be added)
4. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
- No advertising — the App contains no ad SDK
- No analytics — your usage is not tracked
- No cookies and no Advertising ID
- No crash-report uploads
5. Data Sharing
The App does not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party. Because your data never leaves your device, this is technically impossible for us to do.
6. Data Storage and Security
- Data is stored in the private storage area Android allocates to the App
- Stored contents are lightly obfuscated to prevent casual direct reading
- Please note that this is not encryption. On a rooted device, your data may be at risk
- Because there is no cloud backup, uninstalling the App or clearing its data will permanently and irrecoverably delete your collection
7. Deleting Your Data
You retain complete control of your data at all times:
- Delete individual cards within the App
- Clear everything via Android Settings → Apps → CardBase HK → Storage → Clear data
- Uninstall the App, which removes all of its data
Since we operate no server, there is no need to send us a deletion request — we hold none of your data in the first place.
8. Paid Features
The free version stores up to 50 cards. A future PRO version will be a one-time purchase of HK$68, unlocking unlimited storage and CSV export.
- Payments are processed by Google Play Billing; we never access or store your payment details
- Payment information is governed by Google Play's privacy policy
- The App records only an "unlocked / not unlocked" flag, stored locally
9. Children's Privacy
The App is suitable for all ages and collects no user data whatsoever, and therefore collects no personal data from children.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant change will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Should any data-collecting feature be added in the future, this policy will be updated beforehand.
